Local sightseeing :
Based on the locations the interesting places are divided into three areas.
Alibaug beach, Colaba Fort, beaches at Varsoli, Thal, Kihim and Sasavane. Kanhoji Angre Memorial, Magnetic Observatory,  Khanderi Fort, Underi Fort, Kankeshwar Temple, Karmarkar Musium at Sasavane, Sagargad.
Alibaug beach and Colaba fort (17 km.): Built by Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj in year 1652 to keep an eye on the movements of the Portuguese and British ships and the African Siddhis based nearby at Murud Zanjira , the Colaba fort lies about a kilometer in the sea. One can walk up to the fort and back during low tide.
Karmarkar Musium : About 200 precious sculptures made by late Shri.Vinayak Karmarkar have been preserved at Sasavane near Alibaug.
Other beaches: Kihim, Mandwa, Nandgaon, Sasavne, Thal.
Kanhoji Angre Samadhi : This great general during the Shivaji era hailed form Alibaug. where a monument stands to his name.
Beaches at Aakshi, Nagaon, Revdanda, Revdanda Fort, Afsani Nikitan Memorial, Jew synagogue, Korlai Fort and Deepstambh, Shri Datta Temple, Rameshwar Temple, Birla Temple, Mahalaxmi Temple and Shitaladevi Temple, kundalika bridge.
Revdanda beach and fort (2 km.): A calm quite place to relax and explore at your doorstep.
Nagaon and Akshi beach (5 km.): Plenty of water sport opportunity.
Shri Datta temple (1/2 km.): also famous for the Datta yatra during Datta jayanti.
Mahalaxmi temple (1 km.): situated on a small hillock with pleasant surroundings.
Birla temple (2 km.): a grand white building with open gardens.
Shitaladevi temple, Bhagwati temple, Rameshwar temples in Revdanda are old and famous.
Bet-El Synagogue at Revdanda : Built is 1842, is the prayer house of the Jewish Community in the area.
Phansad Wild life sanctuary, Murud and Kashid Beaches, Navab Palace, Janjira Fort, Savatkada Waterfall, Nandgaon Ganesh Temple.
Murud beach and fort (40 km.): This majestic guardian of the Siddhi naval prowess can be reached on sail boats from Rajpuri jetty subject to weather conditions. Even today there are fresh water tanks on the fort that stands in the middle of the sea.
Kashid beach (10 km.): A beautiful 3 km stretch of white sand set between rocky hillocks.
Phansad national park (20 km.): The sanctuary represents a Coastal Woodland Ecosystem of Western Ghats. It is primarily a bird sanctuary, but also houses a large collection of amphibians, insects and mammals. Phansad is not frequented by crowds making it a quiet spot. The forest is lush green and dense with diverse flora and fauna.
Trekking spots: We highly recommend a visit in monsoon to Sagargad to enjoy refreshing rains, cool, gushing waterfalls and ample greenery, Khanderi-Underi, Ramdaraneshwar, Korlai fort and light house for magnificent view of the coast line.

Visit the nearby fishing villages especially during festivals like Narali poornima and Holi the procession of colourful fishing boats is a merry site.Visit and shop for fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits at the morning bazaar in Revdanda and Chaul naka and weekly Bazaar at Nagaon.

We can guide you to shop for local produce like poha, white onions, coconut chiki, tamarind, coconuts, local bakery products, dry fish etc.
